WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAMMES

The program is for you if you are looking to lose weight, lose inches, lose body fat, and/or manage health conditions like diabetes, thyroid issues, PCOD, hypertension, IBS, acidity, or other health concerns, including post-pregnancy weight loss. It is also ideal for those working a 9 to 5 job.
If you have any of health conditions, medical issues, or lifestyle disorders, we will focus on managing that particular issue. Weight loss will occur as a byproduct once we have identified and controlled the root cause.
We prioritize creating a healthy lifestyle rather than promoting quick weight loss diets, pills, or supplements. Therefore, do not expect quick results. We do not focus on numbers but on your overall health.
Your body will safely lose a few kilos and inches over a few months. Results vary from person to person, as they depend on many factors such as activity level, stress level, water intake, sleep patterns, mental health, mindset, beliefs, and trust level, just to name a few.
The weight will not bounce back as long as you remain self-disciplined. Make sure you set realistic goals before embarking on this journey with us.

  • Persistent is my most comprehensive program. All the features of three and six  months are included. 

  • An important  additional feature is up to 10 one to one meetings either online or in-person. These meetings will help change your relationship with food and yourself. This takes into account body image, self-confidence in your own food knowledge and understanding how food intake and emotional detoxification supports your daily lifestyle.

SPORTS & EXERCISE NUTRITION PROGRAMMES

This programme is for you if you are looking for a tailored plan to support your training regime and goals, injury prevention, strengthening of the immune system, decreased muscle tiredness & soreness, and help manage weight and body composition. Young athletes, body-builders, weight-lifters, and gym-goers require different amounts of nutrients compared to others.

The plan will incorporate both food and hydration integral to performance, energy levels, which in turn reduces the risk of injury and muscle fatigue which is key in sports & exercise performance. Sports & exercise  nutrition isn't just reserved for elite athletes and marathon runners. Anyone keen to understand and elevate their fitness can benefit from sports nutrition.
